A service has been held at The National Memorial Arboretum on Saturday 27th February 2016 to commemorate The Stafford Regiments participation in Operation Granby, a British military operation held in 1991 during the first Gulf War in which soldiers helped liberate Kuwait from Iraqi occupation ordered by Saddam Hussain.    <br />
<br />
Two Staffordshire Regiment soldiers, Private Carl Moult and Private Shaun Taylor were killed in Operation Granby.<br />
