Horses are led from the stables to the main ring for judging at the beginning of the second day of the Royal Welsh show, with forecasts of temperatures rising to the high twenty degrees centigrade. The Royal Welsh Show management has a Hot Weather contingency plan for the week. A 40 feet articulated truck delivered a full load of mineral water yesterday & another is expected today. The showground has a medical centre compared to a small cottage hospital with doctors, paramedics, nurses on call 24/7.  The Royal Welsh Agricultural Show is hailed as the largest & most prestigious event of its kind in Europe. In excess of 240,000 visitors are expected this week over the four day show period.
