Visitors walk past one of the vistas of the new visitors centre at the Stonehenge site, that was opened to the public on the 18th December 2013. The centre cost £27m, and holds a permanent exhibition that includes many objects found at the Stonehenge site. The most spectular is the skeleton, excavated in 1863 from a long barrow burial mound at Winterborne.<br />
