Mr Blunkett stated that tensions between Roma people and more established communities within the Page Hall area of Sheffield, where Roma migrants from Slovakia have settled , could spill over in to rioting if more wasn't done to help integration of the Roma community . The BBC quoted him as saying , "We have got to change the behaviour and the culture of the incoming community, the Roma community, because there's going to be an explosion otherwise.
