© Licensed to Alison Baskerville. 01/04/2013. Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire. Andrew Froggat, 46 has been farming sheep for the past 23 years and has faced one of his coldest and toughest seasons to date. As a family owned farm it's been all hands to the deck as they work around the clock to make sure all the lambs are born healthy and alive. Starting as a shepherd and with just 12 sheep Andrew has worked his way upto become one of the largest sheep farmers in Staffordshire. As the snow starts to the thaw he transports the ewes and their new lambs to the 1000 acres of farmland that he currently rents. Photo credit: Alison Baskerville/LNP
