Cyclists ingnore Londons new bike lanes.

Cyclists repeatedly ignore new cycle lanes installed around westminster in central London. Between the hours of 8am and 9am on Wednesday 24/08/2016, 266 (two hundred and sixty six) cyclists passed through the red light at one of the newly installed bike lanes and only 15 (fifteen) cyclists stopped.
