Paul & Alison Rough parents of Katie Rough at The funeral of seven year old Katie Rough that has taken place at York Minster today led by the Archbishop of York Dr John Sentamu. Katie was found with severe lacerations to her neck & chest on a playing field in the Woodthorpe area of York on January 9th & pronounced dead at hospital.
