Driving Home for Christmas Bristol ADVENTures
Download© Licensed to London News Pictures; 09/12/2020; Bristol, UK. Car light trails created by a long camera exposure are seen as the words "Driving Home for Christmas" are projected onto a building on Park Row in Bristol during the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic in England. With England under a three-tier system advising against travel it is expected that there will be a lot of traffic just before Christmas when Covid restrictions are lifted and people can travel to visit friends and relations for Christmas. The projection is part of a series for "Bristol ADVENTures", a new arts project spearheaded by Bristol City Centre BID. This sees a new building lit each day with a selection of the most jolly and iconic Christmas lyrics, with a trail of 24 locations complete by Christmas Eve. Photo credit: Simon Chapman/LNP.
