The Rising Tide sculptures

The art installation entitled "The Rising Tide" (comprising four horse-riders on horses with petroleum pumps for heads) by the underwater eco-sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor, stands on the foreshore of the River Thames in Vauxhall and is revealed with each low tide.
