Stolen munitions trial

Phillip Yates (born 25/9/83) of Church Street , Birkenhead , Kris Keith Black (born 05/10/1989) of Woodchurch Road , Birkenhead and David Ian Smith (born 3/2/1983) of Boothwood Close , Liverpool all pleaded guilty to theft and possessing explosives (under the Explosive Substances Act , 1883). Leonard Ash (born 20/09/1962) of Beckwith Street , Birkenhead , was found guilty after a trial of handling stolen goods and possessing explosives (under the Explosive Substances Act , 1883) and offences under Section 5(1)(AF) of the Firearms Act . Michael David Arthur Hellon (born 25.09.1981) of Hadfield Close , Sheffield was found guilty after a trial of handling stolen goods and possessing explosives (under the Explosive Substances Act , 1883). Jason McKee (born 11/9/86) of Valley Road , Bromborough was found guilty after a trial of handling stolen goods and possessing explosives (under the Explosive Substances Act , 1883).
