Suicide Prevention sculptureDownload

The sculpture shows a person in a hoodie covering their face with their hands, being comforted by a teddy bear standing next to them. The sculpture catches the attention of passers by including pupils at the nearby QEH school. It is thought that the sculptor is the latest piece by an artist whose works have appeared around Bristol in recent years, most recently including a character sporting a string vest and beer belly next to the site where Colston’s statue was famously toppled from its plinth as well as a bespectacled OAP on Victoria Street.
