© licensed to London News Pictures. Salford, UK 01/04/2012. Petrol stations continue to run out of fuel. This Sanisbury's filling station in Salford, normally busy on a Sunday afternoon, sold out of both unleaded and diesel fuel and had to place printed signs at the entrance of its forecourt to deter motorists from queuing. This despite an announcement by the union, Unite, that there is no immediate plan for a fuel strike and updated advice from the government stating there is no urgent need for motorists to top up their fuel tanks. Please see special instructions for usage rates. Photo credit should read Joel Goodman/LNP
