© Licensed to London News Pictures; 11/03/2020; JAMES TOOGOOD, age 36, is on trial at Bristol Crown Court, charged with damaging property, being reckless as to whether life was endangered, destroying property and he admits producing a Class B drug. Toogood has admitted producing butane hash oil but says he was not doing so on February 23 2019, the date when there was an explosion at the house he was living in, a council flat at 264 Whitchurch Lane. Laura Hawkins, 39, is charged with permitting a property to be used for the production of drugs. At the house explosion in Whitchurch Lane, three people received minor injuries and were taken to hospital and much of the house was destroyed. A large trampoline was used to help some people escape.
